H.O.ME is situated amongst 77+ miles of year-round world class mountain biking trails, too many miles of hiking trails to try and quantify, 56+ miles of groomed cross country and snowshoe trails, and at the base of one of New England's most beloved ski resorts that just keeps getting bigger and better: Sugarloaf.

Our bunks are made with gorgeous pine boards for privacy (built by Nine Mile's Tim Cox), built in nooks and shelves to place small items while sleeping, personal reading lights, multiple outlets including USB, and incredibly comfortable Twin XL mattresses!

DOUBLE QUEEN ROOM
Enjoy a private room with two queen beds for your family or your small group! A private bathroom is ensuite and features a bath/shower combo. The room are priced for 4, but can accommodate a 5th for a small fee.
KING ROOM
With a luxurious King and ensuite bathroom, our private King rooms offer total comfort for 1 to 2 people.
